71 Parts Value
« on: June 30, 2016 - 09:19:12 PM »
Trying to get an idea if any of these parts have any value or should be scrapped.
All from 71 Challenger RT.

Entire Rear 8.75, drum to drum with leafs.
Entire front k frame, large discs. Complete discs to discs, shocks, torsion bars, gear box.
Original AC/Heat Box. Could likely use a resto.

Is original sheet metal worth anything?
Upper cowl panel a decent bit of rust through in the usual areas and a dent or two. I replaced it with a complete replacement, but I am also not going with a full original resto.
Original trunk pan, same kind deal of deal. Needs some rust repair. No sense fixing it when a full replacement can be had for my resto.

Dash/Frame
A couple sets of front seats, misc condition missing covers, lowers etc.
Full steering column with wheel, could use some wiring repair and restoration.

Thanks
1971 Challenger RT

I would say you got at least $1000 worth of stuff...Rusted original sheet metal is worth $0 in my opinion  :2cents:

I'd be interested in a bunch of that stuff if you're going to Carlisle or are local to me in Mass or somewhere in between.I need front disc assemblys and my original rear housing is too pitted up to use. Thanks Chris

Not going to Carlisle, about as far as you can get away in the country haha.

Appreciate the info on valuations. I will ship stuff and at this point would prefer to not part it out.
