    Turn signal problem

    ...needed to pass the German TUV today....

    but my turning signals didn´t work...  the hazard flsher works...  and when I want to use the turn left or turn right signal...  I can hear the relais  making this typical ticking sound...  but no LIGHTS in the dashbord...and of course no turning signal..
    When the engine is running...  I can see..that if I use the turn signal ....  the Tachometer stops working....

    could it be the hazard flasher switch or where is a good place to start .. ?

    did a search...here in the Forum

    I think  it is the turnsignal switch....    just orderd one form Rockauto.... :)


    So I hope the turn signals will work in a few days....

    BTW  thanks to Chryco...because he knew the part number  ( TW7 ) so I could find the part very fast....

    LOST MY MONEY !

    The gremlin...was   the BHC   and the connector between the turnsignal switch / and the dash harness...
    I cleaned up everything..and used some stuff called  CONTACT 60.....   

    Everything is fine now !! :jumping:
