    Trying to get a feel for the value on this '71 Demon. Koffels Place 408 Stroker. 4 speed. 3:91 posi. Rally dash with tach. Disc brakes. B5 Blue with blacked out hood treatment and scoops. 8 ¾ rear end. Heavy duty suspension. Cal Tracs. 15” Centerline Racing wheels. Mickey Thompson Drag radials on back. Bucket seats. All new engine and clutch assy. New rear end. Southern Texas car. Over 45k invested.

    16-20k maybe?  Hard to tell, I got my eye on the VIPER on the background though!

    I wonder why they didn't put pistol grip shifter's in the A body's? I don't think one could build A car like that for $20;000  :2cents:

    Really hard to put a value on a modified car. Best guess would be the sum of the parts.  :dunno:

    As noted, you couldn't build a car like that for under $20K, but a FULLY OE restored number's matching 340 Demon might only bring $30K....and this one is far from that.

    I kinda agree with the $16K-$20K range....which is sad. :2cents:

    My guess was 20-22k. You never get out of an a body what you put into it, it seems.

    haha...I was just drooling over your cuda pic on FB... I just repainted the original door panels/rear panels that were sun faded...they came out perfect SEM 1510 super white paint.

    I'll agree with the $16-$20k mark. It's a good looking car, but I don't see him getting anything near $27k.

    A perfectly restored, high optioned, '71 340 4 speed Demon is usually the $30-$35k range. I've only seen a few actually go for that much. And I mean perfect. I have seen some really nice Demon's sold around $20k. Heck I've seen some pretty nice one's in the $12-$15k range.

    As far as the pistol grip goes, they never came with one but you can add them, a 71-74 B-body non-console shifter works pretty well. That's what I run in my '74 Duster/'71 Demon clone

    My buddy has a badass 72 sublime (sassy grass) w tasteful additions...71 rally's dash, split hood scoops, 6 pack setup, and pistol grip
