Got quite a lot done today; got the O2 bung in, old intake off, exhaust back on, filler tube mounted and new intake on.

I need to modify the new intake for the kick down lever, it is tapped 10-32 or something but the Lokar mount is at least 1/4. I will drill it out or modify the Lokar part.

I need to pull the seat, install the wiring and finish getting it hooked up.

Will you be able to use the same Air Cleaner or did you have to get one that fits the new throttle bodies?

I can use the same air factory cleaner. There are some that don't like that because it hides the intake, however I really like that air cleaner. I do have to put a inlet air temp sensor in it by drilling a hole into the air cleaner.

To start with that is awsome.
Wish it was in the realm of my budget.

I installed the Inlet temp sensor in my air cleaner also. (Temporary until tb is finally installed. I drilled a small hole and then setup a couple of sockets in a vice. Smaller ones OD was close to the minor thread diameter. And a larger one it would slide into. In essence a punch and die setup. Not to shear it but just bend/flair the plate upward to create a lip that I then tapped for the sensor. It threads right to bottom of the plate.

Tip 2.
I suggest that you T your feed line prior to the fuel rails. Their exit is then connected to your regulator. Connected in series as you have, you run the risk of leaning out the last injectors.
Fill both banks first. Regulate pressure with return fuel.

Thanks for both tips, the first I got but the last one is a bit confusing. I understand the Tee aspect but where is the return line entering the system? Keeping in mind this is not a high HP motor and I am not going to be at WOT very much if at all. The system I am using (feed into one rail and return out the other) is what Bruce and Richard (FASTMAN EFI) recommended. Not arguing, just trying to get my head around it. I understand why feed to both rails would reduce or eliminate the chance of leaning out one side but I don't understand how to return it.

With the regulator mounted after the rails, pressure is regulated with what fuel is left unused. Feeding the rails first (Teed or as you currently have them) will always allow the full flow of fuel to the injectors. If they are regulated first, injectors only get what the regulator allows thru. From idle to a stab at full throttle there can be a delay between the injectors needs and the regulator reacting to their demand allowing pressure to reestablish itself.
My setup feeds under the plenum in the center air gap area. It T's and then feeds into the front of both the rails. Then the return end lines from back of both rails go to the regulator and then from it the single line back to tank.

Ah, now I got you. Well I am feeding the right rail, then off the left rail to the regulator (return). The regulator is "regulating" the return side not the feed side. That said, I understand what you are saying and I appreciate the tip.

I am currently contemplating the electronics as I am waiting for some painted brackets to dry. I am also trying to decide if I want to try and drill and tap my water pump as it only has two inlets for temp gauges (the stock electric) and my mechanical gauge. The EFI requires a temp sensor, so I either lose my mechanical gauge or find another way to get into it. I looked at adapters, but they are post thermostat, so I don't think they will work out, or I could replace the water pump.... more $$, or I could just not have a mechanical gauge (not a big fan of that) or I can try and drill and tap my WP housing; if it doesn't work I would have to replace it but that isn't all that big of a deal.

The pictures show where I would have to put it. I think it is possible, but not 100% sure.

my impatience strikes again.. I just bought a new aluminum water pump housing, pump and neck ($149 w/shipping). The deal you just posted would have certainly worked, however I was thinking a new housing, pump and neck were probably a good idea. I will change the T stat and lower Rad hose at the some time.

I'd be cautious of the housing. I just took off my aluminum housing this summer and installed the stock cast iron
( passenger side inlet)  because it was restricting flow. In the lower openings sick in your finger and compare the size of the openings compared to the stock housing. Good read/explanation here ( lengthy post though... )  http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,60599.375.html

Good information, I was wondering about that "turbine" style impellor. I can reuse the Milodon WP I already have. For the money, it "appears" to be a good deal but we will see. Lord knows I have spent a lot more for a lot less, so we will see. I have a decent radiator; recored factory unit and the car has never run hot; although to be honest I have barely driven it.

What is your reasoning? I am not against it, just didn't see it. That said, I will need a WP housing and related parts for my Hemi, so this isn't lost $$ as I could use it all there. I would prefer not to pull the existing WP housing, so I am curious why you think that.

Quick and to the point, nice! I agree and just ordered one of the spacers. I am going to look at both solutions and see what I want to use. I am thinking the spacer at this point.
