Thanks.
One more bracket... I had to build one for my new 150A fuse connecting the alternator and the starter relay. I also got the alternator prepped for install. I used one of the horn mounting locations (I only have 1 horn currently -70 RR "beep beep" horn). I made the bracket like the horn brackets with a locating/anti rotation tab which worked out exceptionally well. I got the fuse at O'Reillys (fuse was $4.95) and they had to locate the holder which they did not carry but is on their website, only took about 3 hours to have it delivered to my local store from a hub ($9.95). Very nice unit from Littelfuse, the fuses themselves are called "Mega" and come in a wide variety of amperage ratings.
I tried a variety of routings for the new #4 charging wire but just could not find something I liked; if I tried to run it against the already very crowded firewall with everything else, the cable was/is a tad too short, I looked at running it across the K frame (which wasn't bad) but then decided to run it across the radiator core support where it is almost invisible. I still have to figure out where and how to mount the ECU relay and fuse as well as the ECU main power fuse. I believe these are going to be inside the car.
I need to get some 10g wire to power my new "switched" fuse panel (the one under the MSD box); this will carry the heavy blue and brown wires that used to go to the ballast resistor. I will then run the ECU, MSD and Tach adapter to this panel for hopefully a very clean install.
