Any idea why the left side valance to quarter fitment is so poor?  I didn't restore this car and I'm not with it presently, just speculating.

I have a buddy who restored a Mach 1 a few years ago and he had a very similar issue with his bumper, so he laid the bumper on the concrete floor with some padding under it , stood on the center and bounced up and down on the thing.  :faint:  I thought for sure he would ruin it but instead, it came out perfect.  I personally think he just got lucky.

Just taking a second look I notice some bumper guards have a rubber strip/bumper , mine does not . Was that an option or a clue to the wrong year bumper or something?  :dunno:

Part of the A05 "protection Group" Should have front guards as well... And if no stripe it will have body side moldings...
