Trailoring a car down, what's the best route when I cross Peace Bridge from Ontario

We take I90 to I390 south.....17 to 11/15 etc....
We're leaving the Queenston/Lewiston Duty Free at 6:30 am Thursday if you want to tag along....I might be trailering a friends car down this year....

Just the regular car lane, I would make sure you have the ownership to the trailer/car just in case.
We stop at I390 Exit 5 Dansville, for gas and snacks, then Smokindam Arby's for lunch.....Roll into Carlisle around 1:30pm...
