Yep! The magenta strobe was actually available and coded as V4M - but it was only available in 1970 with FM3 Moulin-Rouge. Whether or not this car is actually coded for the V4M strobe stripes I don't know.

Cheers!

At first I thought that maybe it was 1 of 6 FM3 Cuda's with the V4M strobe stripe, but I'm sure there has to be more than just 6 of them around. I think what is more plausible is that maybe it is 1 of 6 FM3 Cuda's with an auto on the column? :dunno:
Cheers!

You are correct. Only on a FJ6 Sassy-Grass-Green car could you get the V4J "chartreuse" green strobe stripe. The V4 strobe stripe was also available in black (V4X) and white (V4W) which could be ordered with any color in 1970. The V4J chartreuse stripe was suppose to be only available on a FJ6 car and the V4M magenta stripe was suppose to only be available on a FM3 car. But then again you can never say "never" with these cars as it seems if you tried hard enough back in the day, you could get just about any kind of color / stripe combination from the factory.
Cheers!
