What ROTORs for original replacement,
Plain no slots holes or
Slots and holes?
Ceramic pads with slots and holes rotors ? ?
Want clean wheels tired of cleaning brake residue.

Original style rotors would not have had slots or holes. If you are concerned with brake dust, ceramic is the way to go, but they are not an original material. Ceramic pads did not exist in 1970.   :2cents:

Rather than paying $145 per rotor buy these...

http://www.doctordiff.com/70-72-b-e-body-disc-brake-spindle-sleeves.html

The allow you to use the 73 & up big bearing rotors which are a quarter the price & a better design.....

RAYBESTOS 7032R  Rockauto has them for $38....

I am aware the slot and hole are not original,  I meant would they be better rotor for ceramic pads.......
Not interested in adapters.
Haven't pulled them yet.  May just need turned.......No A/C in garage. in high 90's.
thanks

Dave or anyone have a phone # for Rock Auto.
Should I purchase the Disc rotor separate.
And have a machine shop remove the hub from the original brake disc.
and have the hub mounted to the new brake disc rotor.
I have tried every auto parts store in Maryland no full rotor assembly.
Need 10.98 in. rotor.
Rock auto has them Centric ? ? made by ?

The new rotors aren't two piece like the original, they are like the 73 & up one piece rotor but made to accept the smaller bearing... Hence the reason I suggested the 73 & up rotor....  If you want an original design rotor your either looking for a good used rotor or NOS... Quite a few years back FM had some NOS rotors, they were in the $800 each range...

Is there a problem with the rotors? My Challenger rotors were first turned in 2010 with very little material taken off.

Right rotor  inside 4 deep grooves.
Left side no issues.

Have new calipers, pads and hoses.......will need have a matching pair aftermarket.
