sitting 7 years

Well here goes the first many of many questions.  I thank you all in advance!

1) where the heck is a manual?  (1968 318) I tried haynes and Chilton.  Only thing I find is the Plymouth book for $70.00, guess I might spend it, I know it's just the begining.

2)This car always lived at 1200 ft, now its at 7500 ft above sea level, I have power loss.  Do I need to re-jet the carb?

3)Right at 60 mph it bogs, then with a flutter it'll run to 75 no prob. (havn't went over 80 due to sitting for 7 years, don't wanna break her)

4)With breaking she pulls real hard to the Right.  I took apart the RF break and cleaned and reassembled. Still doing it.  The cable that hooks to the latch that touches the adjusting star was unhooked. ??? I re hoooked it and drove, took it apart again and it was unhooked again!!

5)And the rear end.  Should I drain it and refill with fresh?  And if so whats the best product to use for gear fluid, any thing special??

Thats enough for now me thinks!  I know you all have jobs and stuff! and your own cuda's I hope!!

1]Year one & others have reprinted service manuals
2]at 7500 ' you will have power loss even if you rejet the carb as there is not much air up there
3]Tune it
4]the left brake is not working if it pulls to the right ,you may need to adjust the brake up more
5]I would change the oil to synthetic
