Got it fixed
Had to use a DAYCO 15470 top cog belt. Just drove it 10 miles and got on it a few times and the belt stayed on with the same tension.
These DAYCO top cog belts are .440 wide at the top and it sit higher in the pulley.
The Gates belts and the others I tried were .410 wide, even though they have the same part number.
Waiting on belts from rockauto to do my AC belts also.
When I was in Autozone I asked the sales guy if they had the same V belt as this one I was showing him, except I needed the cogs on the top. He told me just to flip the belt over
In these pics you can see the belt is now higher than edge of the pulley.
