I sold my E440 1969 with everything except the intake/carb. Included HP exhaust manifolds and a milodon 6 quart pan for 2500 dollars. I was in my Cuda - I just built a stroker and replaced it. I think there was only 3000 miles on the rebuild but it was a stock rebuild with 906 heads.

A motor needing a rebuild missing correct carb, manifolds and  most of the original detailing parts I wouldn't give anything north of $1000 for it.... :2cents:

If the partial vin oil pan rail 0C253381 is correct the engine is low performance & came from a C body which means the 45K mileage might not apply.....

Well a 70 Roadrunner with a 440 either has a Sixpack on if, a wing on it or GTX badging....

Also the pad with F440 should have either HP or HP2

I was under the impression for 1970 the Roadrunner could get the U code 440 4 barrel and the V code 440 Six Pack option.

Generally speaking a "U" code Road Runner would be a Superbird. However I'm sure there could have been exceptions  :villagers:
