Yes, I know. :bricks1:

Sounds about right. But those dam county building codes wouldn't let me do that.  :banghead:

It's about time you came over to the dark side Dave.     Congrats!

Nice ride! Do you have any plans for modifications? Heck, the first thing I would do is throw some black stripes on it. It already has an aftermarket grill, and those halo LED's around the headlights.

I need more details!!    :jumping:

Mike, I like the stealth look. It doesn't say R/T anywhere on the outside. The only hint is the HEMI badges on the hood.  :naughty: So no stripes for now. It is a 5.7 with a 6 speed manual. So far I can see it has a K&N air box added. Like you already said it has blue halos around the headlights and aftermarket grill, but a few of the LEDs are out. So the halos are not so great IMO. They are also wired to some blue LED lights inside. That's not something I like that much. It has an Infinity sub in the trunk and an aftermarket stereo/nav. system. That's about all I know right now.

Man does this thing ever move though. So it may have had some other work done. I don't know yet.  :dunno:

Dave,

It sounds nice. Those LED's around the headlights fail because of heat. They are in an enclosed environment, and it can get over 200* in there. There is a new company that makes a set for outside the headlights so they don't burn out, but I just think they might look stupid or tacky if you don't have them turned on. I haven't seen them in the flesh yet, so I'll have to wait before I make final judgement on them.

I don't know where you have LED's on the inside, but  can guess the foot well area. That area had no lights in 2010.

So how does this 5.7 compare to the 383 in your '71 Challenger?
