It's a 1/4 20 bolt with a 7/16 socket head and the markings is ELH in a circle.

Would the bolts I'm looking for be the same as the steering column mounting to firewall bolts?

The washer measures 1.0 but the bolt length also measure 1.0. This is the only one I have.

O.K. I have the bolts now so the next question:

Was the nut originally painted or un painted when it left the factory?
