A newb interested in some help

I am in the process of a slow detailed recreation of a 71 Challenger 440 sixpack clone car.
I struggle with the little things, and can use help now and again, thanks in advance.

I don't know.
It just drives me nuts, that it's a 71 Challenger, with a 70 stripe, paint scheme.
After I bought it, I couldn't wait to put a sixpack on the car. As it had a 4 barrel Holley, and they didn't make one in 71
Its something I'm going to try and straighten out over the winter.
I have some 71 scoops for the rockers, once I figure out the exact spot to mount them.

I've done a tremendous amount of little things, over its life, and it's getting close to trying to remove the rear stripe, and putting some 71 stripes on it.
Other then that, it's a nice driver, I built a motor for last summer, that gets drove daily in the summer.
Weather permitting.

Welcome to .C .C  nothing to laugh at   It  .looks good to me  very nice .  If the 70 stripe is driveing you nuts and you want to put the correct one back on .Well i say good for you .

It's a 71 383 2 barrel car, that had a somewhat tired 440 4 barrel in it, when I bought it.
Paint is over 20 years old, and could use a paint job.
I added disc brakes, rear valance panel, with exhaust tips, rally mirrors, flip gas cap, disc brakes, picked up a date code correct engine, trans was freshened, and a mild convertor, a 3.23 suregrip added, and a 3.91 I keep around, hooker comp headers, flowmasters, I ported the heads, bigger valves, lunati cam, Moog suspension parts, new gas tank, 3/8 pickup, and line, drag radials, hemi torsion bars, hood pins, emblems, hemi radiator, hemi oil pan, msd5c, and a complete mopar Sixpack, etc..
If I can get through the next phase, I'll probably leave it alone for awhile, and focus on my other project, as I sorta built this car for my wife.

Your wife is a luck women and has great tatse in cars .My sister has a 68 Barracuda f/b 383 factory R/H formula S from South Africa . Most people think that it belongs to her husband ,But she soon sets them stright.  She tells me its the best thing watching the rubber necks and there jaws drop .

I like to think, I'm the lucky one.
I guess I have an ulterior motive, as the dart I've had almost 30 years, is going to get painted, and a fresh bullet$
I'm still trying to figure out how she has the big block car, and I have a small block?
