I thought putting a Sixpack on, would be a pain.
Once the carbs are set, there fairly low maintenance. Idle quality isn't bad, with such a big cam.

I don't know if this will work, but here is a video, after we broke the cam in.
I let the engine cool completely down, and fired it up.

No led anything.
It could use a headlight upgrade, as the deer get pretty bad around here in a month or two.

Interesting, so the output is increased, by increasing voltage to the factory headlights?

I think it has something where the headlght switch sends low current to the relay which boosts current to the lights.

Beautiful car 
 I would drive that everywhere !
 If you loosen the hood hinge bolts on the inner fender & raise the front of the hood a little & retighten the bolts m [this takes 2 people ] the rear of the hood will sit flush . The only change I would make is the 71 gull wing . I love the bee stripe !

It shunts power from the battery directly to the headlights using the relay instead of going through the firewall , then the ammeter & headlight switch & back through the firewall to the headlights . Mofern cars all use relays for the headlights for the same reason
