Good news first, The new home page is awesome... !!! Seriously!!!
I would be all for the new design if the following could be done:
-change colors to something more readable
-get rid of all caps
-have link to unread posts since last visit directly on the first page when I click “forum”
-have link to new posts since last visit right next to above on first page when I click “forum”
I think everyone would agree that all of the above have to be in place for everyone to be accepting
