I agree with Burdar....

Also, I like the photos to be easy to post... wish they didn't have to be so small, however (maybe I need more experience in this matter to post... often, my pics are too large and I can't post).

CC is one of my favorite forumns!

I agree about the picture posting. I rarely post pics here because I have to resize several times to get them small enough without making them too small.

I would go down this route:
http://www.squadra916.com/

Great design and works very fast, regardless of the eye candy.

I like it the way it is.   :2cents:
Then again, I'm old and don't adapt to change very well.

It's great the way it is. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

nothing in the forum itself will change too dramatically.  we might get some fresh colors and do something with the menu, but all the structure and boards will be the same.  i can do a video section no problem if you guys want it.  wont be able to host the videos, but if you just want a place to link youtube vids thats no problem at all.  as for pictures, i just a few days ago increased the size that can be posted, and ill still look into another solution for hosting outside this site but still convenient to add them.  mostly looking for a better homepage, which most of us never go to on a regular basis anyway, and a fresh header graphic.  but the core will stay the same!

This one looks nice, http://www.acuransxforum.com/, not that the current look is bad, I like it also. I agree with Burdar, the "show unread" and "show replys" is the best feature here, always use those. A Like button would be nice.

Maybe this?
Some forums have a "user control panel" it allows you to subscribe to threads. So you build your own library of threads that interest you or have info you want to save and reference latter on. I don't know if there is a way to do this here already?

I asked for that feature before and I got the tip to just add bookmarks on the threads in my browser, so thats what I do, I have a folder with just cc.com threads, its not as fancy as the follow thread functions in other forums but it works. Or just make a post in a thread you wanna follow and it will show up in "show new replies".

I have heard others use the term make it a sticky but I can't find anything on that how to do on the forum or is that just a generic term for saving it yourself  where you would normally save.
