512 Fired Up!

Finally got my brand new 512 build fired up last night. Thanks to everyone on here for all the help in picking out the right parts to suit the build I wanted. Here's some specs for anyone interested:

-76' 440 block bored 55 over
-Eagle forged crank 4.250 stroke
-icon forged pistons 4.375 bore +26.70cc
-stealth heads w/ 8* retainer and locks
-comp cam pro magnum rockers
-comp cam pushrods
-howards hydraulic roller lifters
-lunati hydraulic roller camshaft 60312
-comp cam billet double roller timing chain
-melling oil pump
-mechanical fuel pump
-sfi steel damper
-mancini aluminum water pump and housing
-hemi oil pan
-holley street dominator intake
-holley 850 carb

Once it's completey road worthy, I'll get it to the dyno and see what type of numbers it makes. But it sounds realllllll healthy so far

Your 512 is almost identical to the one I'm building, even down to the cam.  Let me know what kind of numbers you pull.  Sounds great!!

When I was ready to buy them they were sold out everywhere. Jegs sold me the comp cams for the same price as prw so I was happy

I was afraid the cam was too small but it sounds awesome, nice lope to it. I'll report back when it's actually driving

Those things are awesome by the way.  My block actually has one of the tabs that the motor mount bolts to broken off. I've been using one of those straps for probably almost 13 years and no issues, the motor sits in there just fine without movement. My engine is no slouch either, it pushed my cuda into 11.60's at the track.
