Also Referred to as a distribution block (not clear to me how this could cause a M/C not to pressurize ) the reproductions are notorious for being bad new

Okay so here's the final compostion so far...ive replaced MC, brake booster, proportioning valve, front calipers, front pads, rear wheel cylinders and i ve bench bleed the MC and bled all the line in proper bleeding order. They're are no visible leaks. The system wont hold pressure. The pedal will get hard after pumping then go soft. :/

Just a thought...the hydraulic system is a closed system. The only outside influence for pressure is from the master cyl when pushed. If the master is firm then slowly goes to the floor the master is probably bad. You might try removing the lines from the master and plug the master cylinder ports. Slowly hand push your brake pedal till it is firm. It'll barely move if there is no air in the master. If there is air, the slowly hand pushing will purge it of any air. If firm by hand, push on the pedal with your foot and if it holds pressure and does not sink your problem is elsewhere in the system. If your foot sinks on the pedal the master is bad. If firm, reconnect the lines to the master and bleed the system again. This has worked for me in the past to help determine a bad master. An old time mechanic taught me this. Good luck.

8 cycles  at each wheel might not be enough when bleeding if the entire system was full of air ..

Just a thought   Have you tried gravity bleeding each wheel .

This guy made a video that's shows the basic idea:

Ok the MC rear port was stripped and leaking. Originally the MC had a reducer fitting for the rear brakes port. I just hooked the rear lines directly to the MC(only bypassing that reducer valve) seems those new wheel cylinders were also faulty. Just replaced those cylinders did some quick bleeds then my hangover started to kick in so i left it at that. Gonna do another round of bleeding wednesday. Fingers crossed i hope this works! On a side note i tried to contact jsrestoration to repair my dashboard dimmer switch but he hasnt replied anyone know of someone else that repairs these potentiometers?

The problem will not be your caliper brackets, it will be your lower ball joints. If the caliper ended up at the back of the wheel not the front, that means you messed up the lower ball joints and have the spindles on the wrong side of the car. Remove the whole spindle, switch the ball joints from one spindle to the other and magically your calipers will be at the front once re-installed
