For those that don`t like needles here`s the details  :grinyes: -they did this injection a little different than the first one. They decided to try going in from the side to get it in the nerves, got one in the arm for an IV in case I had a reaction to the dye they used and then two in the back for the dye and steriods.i didn`t get to see the actual needles but I did get to watch the procedure on the x-ray monitor, pretty cool!  ;D Hopefuuly this will target the scaitic nerve in my right leg and further help my lower back.A liitle more sore from all the poking this time but otherwise OK.Third and last one in another three weeks.

The sciatic nerve thing you're mentioning...I've had that happen to me! About 4 years ago...it felt like I had a 4" knife stuck in the back of my leg & the pain went from my butt to my calf. :madvibe:
My right leg too! Maybe that's the only leg with that nerve? :dontknow:

I couldn't sit down at all, standing was the only time I was comfortable. Trying to drive was an excruciatingly painful experience. I went to a back cracker (chiropractor) for about a month before the pain started to subside.
My leg doesn't feel right to this day, although I can function normally now.

I hope your pin cushion experience works well for you.

So you're sorta like a bug flying into a bug zapper. ;)

Torred, hope it helps you out.  I know what it's like having some problems here and there. (courtesy of a motorcycle accident that broke both my bones in my left arm and left that arm out of socket.)

I remember when I had my steroid shot done in my neck. They were after C-7. (the seventh vertabrae in the neck.)
I watched as the huge needle went in and the fluid went down my backbone. I could watch it happening.
