Does any one know who made the shocks for the E bodies? One of the shocks doesn't hold air pressure.

I have there shocks and I they are Afco.  Is there a difference in Level 1 and Level 2 shocks?  Level 1 just doesn't have a coil spring as far as I know.  They may be valved differently too.  They are totally rebuildable.  Call Afco and send it in.  Shouldn't cost much.  My fox shox get rebuilt every couple of years on my snowmobile and it is only $40 each.  I can't say what the Afcos cost to freshen up.  Keep us posted on how it goes please.

They are Afco's... make sure your shocks are the correct length as well.  Both front and rear shocks they sent me were too long and bottomed out.  I had the rears replaced with shorter shocks but raised the front end to help with the front issue.  I'd sell you mine cheap if you're interested but would recommend having the fronts rebuilt.

Let me know
Dave

They were developed for XV by Multimatic, but the parts themself are as said AFCO. Give Chris at XV Racing Products a call. He can rebuild them for you. He did mine.
