« on: June 23, 2005 - 07:01:13 AM »
Hi Everyone!!
Just wanted to introduce ourselves.  We just bought a 1973 Challenger, and are from Ontario, Canada.  Just wondered if there are any other Canadians here. We just love this site!!!
Thanks,
Bernie and Sue Dempsey

You're in for a nice suprise.  There's quite a few Canadian Mopar owners on the site.

May I be the first to say:

Thanks for the welcome.  Will post some pics as soon as we can get some.  The car is in pieces right now, body being redone, then paint.  We are from Belleville, Peterborough area.  About 2 hours from Brampton.  We have always had old cars, a 1952 Chev, a 1929 Chev, 1978 Vette, a 1957 Chev pick-up, and most recently a 1964 Cadillac.  None really turned us on, and we have always wanted a Mopar, but they were too rich for our blood.  Picked up this car for a song, drove it home, and began the transformation.  Someone had put a sun-roof in it!!!  That's gotta go!!!  We can't wait for it to be done, so we can cruise!!!!
