I'm pretty sure the anchor head just represents the manufacture of the fastener. Lots of bolts on these cars have anchor head markings. I've got a mix of anchor head and s/c head markings on my firewall fasteners. R/T Specialties should have those fasteners. Sometimes it's hard to get ahold of the owner since he works all by himself. When I placed orders, there was an option to have the owner contact you for payment. That way I could ask him any questions I had and find out when things were going to ship.
