I Have No Right Front Signal Light with Headlights or Park Lights on?

[1970 RT Challenger 1970]

I Have No Right Front Signal Light working properly with the Headlights on or the Park Lights on?
The Signal Light just stays on with a Real Dull Flash, like 5% of what it should do.

If the Head Lights are Off there is No problem with the Right Front Signal light. It works as it should.

Bad Ground somewhere? Voltage Drop? Bare Wire? Bad Connection?

I would think a bad ground.

Have you opened up her up and pulled the lamp to see if the socket  is  corroded .  The pins could be shorting togeather across a dirty base ...
