Searching for a rebuilt and beefed up big block 727 trans
« on: September 29, 2016 - 06:49:22 AM »
Hi everyone, i am currently searching for a rebuilt and beefed up big block 727 trans. I'm in France but I have a friend in Vegas who can take care of shipping one for me.

The trans will be hooked up to my 383 in my 71 Challenger. I'd like a firmer shifting, something like a "stage 1" build with TransKit and good gear inside. Nothing crazy but a step or two from a factory rebuilding.

Do you know where to order one ? If someone can rebuild one for me in the Vegas area or who can ship there ?

Thank you.

You can give Copes transmissions a call.  A&A and ProTrans in Lancaster, CA can help out too.

I would think you could find plenty of guys with the skills in Europe, parts aren't hard to find but shipping a whole trans won't be cheap...  Lots of hot Mopar in Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany & England... There's gotta be a few good Transmission guys over there... :2cents:

Might start a new thread asking for a Trans guy in Europe...
