Is this the right intake

I have a single pumper Holley 850 on my car right now . I'm seriously thinking about installing the original type manifold and carbs. Is this the one I want?

It will run worse / poorly with original carbs , you need to use Eddy Thunder carbs , they are the best choice to have the tunability & better performance

Ah: I have to disagree with that. Proper Hemi carbs with the stock progressive linkage with everything setup correctly is a joy to drive and will stay in tune a long time. I've run Thunder carbs, Holley 1850's, aftermarket AFB's and a stock street hemi manifold with real, Hemi AFB's with no issues always works the best.

426 and 472 inches and yes small camshafts 550 lift or under as you would run with a stock intake. Tried Stage V intake with 1850's AVS, aftermarket AFBs with similiar cams. Can be made to run but fuel mileage and driveability not as good as a stock setup properly jetted and tuned. I'm talking being able to drive it as you would an everyday car and be able to live with it. All out performance is a different deal of course but then you wouldn't run that stock intake with a larger than 550 lift camshaft anyway.
My 472 with a solid 550 and stock intake and carbs was lovely to drive and ran into the 11's easily as well. Fuel mileage was acceptable and I could run the same plugs for a couple seasons as well. More topend with the Stage V intake but the stock setup was just so much better on the lowend and better driveability.

A few times I have run stock intakes on 426 and 472 inchers (again with small cams under 550 lift) with aftermarket AFB's and AVS' with one to one linkage and staged as well. I messed with jets/springs/rods over months including jetting the AFB's staggered as stock carbs were. Every time the cars ran noticeably better when I changed over to original Hemi carbs with their stock staggered jetting or staggered jetting jetted up the same percentage all around. Apparently those Chrysler engineers did more than just change jetting to make them run right.
I have to admit though, my one regret is not trying a Weiand tunnel ram on a warmed up Hemi, I'm sure they would have worked terrific with a couple double pumpers on top. The OP did ask about the original intake though.

Agreed in basically stock form the factory system is good , the engineers did the homework
 once you increase duration it is much harder to tune them well with less vacuum , I like the AVS for more tunability with the rear air doors & more tunabilty all round . For serious power better intakes such as the cross ram with 660 Holleys work well

My factory AFB's run great with very good off line response.

My cam does have duration as well.
