lowered my car
« on: June 24, 2005 - 07:39:07 AM »
hope this works, I lowered my car the other day, changed rims and tires in the back, different shocks and dearced the springs, I will try to put both pics on here, Wich looks better? I think it might look better if I dropped the front some more but I,m not sure if I can load it on my trailer after that withou hitting the heades.  Its not a trailer queen by any means I drive the crap outa this car, we need the trailer to pick it up when she is tired and cant make it home on her own.

Agreed, it definitely looks better lowered. What about backing it on to the trailer, that may give you the room you need.

Looks better now.  I would not lower the front any more, unless you lower the back.

I think the lowered stance is much better.  As long as you have enough ground clearance, I would leave it like it is.

I'm sorry Kelly,
I have to butt in here. That car is lowered?????? I can't imagine how it originally looked.  :dontknow: I wish mine stood that nicely without the aid of air-shocks.  :P

Looks good, KellysCuda.  That first shot's stance looks like my friend's '69 Camaro SS courtesy of his super stock springs.

Thanks again peoples, seems the is not done lowering its self.  After the last couple of cruises I have lost another inch, I think it must be settling, so I might have to put the coil over shocks back in.
