It is so nice when you can put parts on the car, and leave them on the car.....

Looks good Mike.

I heard that's a hard color to get right the correct shade.

BB/CC Lemon Twist/Top Banana, it's PPGs entry-level "Shop Line". Not the best stuff, but I do plan on driving the wheels off of the car regardless.

Looks good Mike.

Painter said the same, my car had been painted quite a few times (all FY1) and so I am not sure which is right. The color he showed me on the card looked right to me.

So it looks like this thread has turned into a build thread, so here is my latest update!

Stripes are here from Phoenix Graphix, the same 1972 stripe it came with. Body shop says they will need it this coming week, so we may see the car home soon!!

Black Friday was a great opportunity to load up on stuff I need, over the last two weeks the following has been ordered/procured:
  • Dr. Diff Rear axle shafts w/green bearings
  • Phoenix Graphix 1972 Barracuda stripe kit
  • Vintage Air non-Factory A/C evaporator kit
  • Wilwood 12.88" 6-piston front brake kit (red calipers, drilled/slotted)
  • Wilwood 12.2" 4-piston rear brake kit w/parking brake (red calipers, drilled/slotted)
  • Wilwood 7/8" Bore master cylinder, EDP coated with combination and adjustable proportioning valve
  • Associated Wilwood brake lines and e-brake cables
  • Hotchkis E-body front upper control arms
  • Hotchkis E-body Front/Rear sway bar kit
  • Hotchkis Lower Control Arm pivot/pin kit
  • Hotchkis Tie Rod kit
  • Hotchkis strut rod kit
  • Speedhut custom gauge set [Tach w/speedo, Oil psi, water temp, AFR and fuel level]
  • EFISource MegaSquirt MS3 Gold Box (ECU) for 3rd gen Hemi w/harness
  • Coleman 1.5:1 steering quickener

With minor tweaks, this is the gauge set I ordered. The voltmeter was swapped out for an AFR gauge.

Like the yellow gauges nice touch with body color. Also like the AFR idea.

Have never seen or heard of a steering quickener before. Curious how it installs.

Hotchkis has one in their challenger, it takes a bit of work and several connections to get done.
