Do you have any pictures of your fuel hose routing front to back ? I'm having hard time making 2  3/8 hosss look good under my challenger.

I actually just started on this last night and can get some better pictures. -6AN line runs to the regulator on the passenger side rail. From there it goes up that side of the car, runs within the subframe connector, through a DOM pass through I made when reinforcing the Tsection and up to the engine from there.

Progress has been slow lately but I am spooling back up a little sprint on work for the next few weeks.

I managed to get a $250 set of Aeromotive fuel rails off of an Amazon price dip for $95. Unfortunately they come in a horrid anodized red, which would screw up my feng shui! I picked up some new injectors and treated the rails to a coat of gunmetal grey to help blend in a little better. Along with that, I have kicked off the fuel system by mocking up the TanksInc tank in the car. The JakeFab puck is close, but appears to fit under the floor.

I have some basic lines made up to the filter/regulator and will work on a rollover vent mount as well. The 6AN fuel line routes along the passenger rail [previous post] and witin the subframe connector. That was made possible by some very early planning when things went together, so far it seems to be just right.

I also finished up the installation of my Hotchkis rear sway bar, I needed to weld on the chassis mounts for it. I wanted to make sure my line routing accounted for all of those parts back there.

That's all for now!

Thank you for the response . That lookks clean . I went with the hotchkis frame connectors .I played with running the hoses on along side of them but just didn't look good. I also was thinking of running the factory 3/8 steel line as the feed a running 3/8 hose as return side .

I used two new 3/8" pre-bent supply lines, cut them both in the rear to use -6 AN connections & sections of flex line & mounted a OE style fuel filter to the shock crossmember... Up front I did a similar deal, cut the lines & used -6 AN connectors & sections of flex line..... Easy &  clean.. I used an assortment of fittings,
this one to adapt the tube to -6 AN...   https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-2200077b/overview/

Picture isn't my fuel filter but it shows the style bracket I used

That filter assembly looks just like the one on our F150 2001. It is a very clean set up. Filter clips into a frame mounted bracket. Hoses push in and self lock no clamps!
Excellent work goody thanks for posting it helps motivate my little project.

I ended up with the GM Corvette filter/regulator. They don't have the best reputation for a dead-on pressure, but as long as the pressure at the rail is consistent between pulls, it'll work fine.

I am creeping up on a fully wired and validated electrical system, which is a pretty big milestone for me. I can talk to the Megasquirt and load tunes, make changes and test some of the systems.

Hopefully these videos work:

Got the firewall master cylinder support welded up [1/4"]. The stock one just wasn't looking right and I didn't want an additional adapter for the two bolt.

Great job,  that's what's so nice about Megasquirt and others I assume.  Pretest all the coils, fuel, timing before you ever try to start it.  It's almost guaranteed.

It certainly helps, checking timing by only cranking can't always tell you what you need to know. Do they sync at speed, noise in the wiring from other sensors, coil drivers, etc.

Thanks! I'm hoping to get it on the road in July and good enough to make it to a Mopar show in August. Stay tuned.
