Not sure who he is, but try searching for "headlight relays" instead of resistors.

Or any idea on how to make then brighter? I thought about Jeep JK headlights and then getting an adapter for the headlight?

JK headlights have a very proud dome shape versus a typical headlight for these cars. That may or may not be what you are looking for aesthetically.

Thanks for the referrals.

You may be surprised at the performance of a low cost halogen and a relay kit.  It's pretty impressive.  I have a lot of people that use the GE nighthawk halogen headlights 6024NH.  Good light for under $20 in most cases.

I agree 100% a couple years ago I took a friend who's daily driver is a Magnum SRT for a fairly long night drive in my Challenger, going through the mountains he commented about my headlights actually doing a better job of lighting up the road than his Magnums headlights...

I've got relays & properly aimed GE Halogen bulbs...
