Toxic orange? How much to tint?

I have only found one toxic orange cuda online.  99% certain I will have my 73 cuda painted toxic orange as I love the color.  Are there any toxic orange cudas or late model challengers out there I could see in toxic orange?  I have looked hard and they dont seem to exist.

I am putting in new glass once the car is painted.  I am a newbie so I have noticed most classic cars have little to no tint on the windows.  I live in CA and in a desert so I want to add some tint.  Does limo tint on the rear glass and 15-30% on the side windows sound crazy?  I have black interior.  I like it when the side glass matches, just unsure how much tint to add.  Any opinions out there on how much to tint the glass?

Never heard of Toxic Orange before, is that Plymouth's version of Burnt orange? Found one Cuda on Youtube, looks like it. Nice color! Don't know about the tint.

Toxic Orange is a newer model color ... Looks much better in person than photos 
Think it was 1-2 year only ...2011-12 ?

How much you may tint is probably regulated by local law

I had a 2010 Challenger SRT8 toxic orange. It is an awesome color and I think it was only available in 2010.
