I want to eliminate the points in my distributor, but want to keep the stock look. I was thinking A patroics system. any thought or recommendations, past experiences with this.

I've used them in the past with no issues. Be sure to follow install directions.

The biggest mistake I see is the + wire gets hooked to the coil , the coil only gets 7 v & the Pertronics needs 12v or it will fail so make sure it connects to the 12v blue wire feed
