I think they are promoting their new plug and play hemi system for old cars.

that is exactly the reason

Overall looks good but needs door handles and fuel cap.
Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

The car is super impressive in person. Interestingly it started life as a '73 but the tail lights look right at home IMO.

Does anyone know who built it? I assume Mopar subcontracted someone

The build is exceptional. I spent a lot of time looking at every detail on that car. (We built it locally at a shop in Metro Detroit) the designer who penned it was extremely thorough. He's a good guy and knows his stuff. He spent a lot of time listening to advice to build the suspension system and drivetrain. The car was designed to thump. I keep bugging him to send me pictures of the build, and then I can put it up here.
I did bust his chops a little on a few things.. ;) namely what molds he should hand over, lol.
Seriously- the car is incredibly well built. The Viper seats- if you can afford them- feel great. The Viper steering wheel? Also awesome if you can afford it. It gives you plenty of room between your legs and the wheel, and great side bolster support.

Ok! I have  493 photos of the Shakedown build. I'll probably post this up in the Resto-mod section so people can see it.
