When I told 440 source that I was looking to purchase a TBI system such as fiTech they cautioned that "overlap" on the more aggressive street cams may mess with the computer controls (vacuum readings) on them and cause the car to not run as well? I would think that if this was a problem, nobody would ever buy one, but nonetheless Id rather ask now. Any issues at WOT and 6000 RPMs with those that run these units?

Call FI Tech and ask them the same question. Sure they want to sell you a system, but it is in their best interests to be up front if the system is not going to work for you. I have talked to MSD/Holley numerous times and they have been very helpful. You have to be tenacious to a degree and know what you are asking or what you are trying to figure out. Asking open ended questions like "will this work" without detail will not yield good results. I have had to learn this the hard way and none of these systems are problem free, likewise no one is going to be able to give you perfect answers every time. Perhaps appropriately; this is just like a computer; it can only work with the information you provide it. Same as the EFI companies; they can only guide you when you give them the relevant accurate information. Even then, there are so many unique situations it is very difficult. You are going to have to learn about EFI and the system you decide to use intimately so that you can talk intelligently about it and ask the right questions or accurately describe the situation.

would think that as the computer learnes the engine,
the impact of lumpier cams would be minimized.

How did you run your main and return lines? Do you have any pictures? Did you upgrade the fuel pump unit?

I mounted the regulator filter on the shock cross member towards the left side and drilled two 1" holes through the cross member for fuel line clearance.

Here are some of mine. I used Fragola Series 8000 line and AN fittings for the soft line.

In the one pic you can see a kink/dent in the feed line; this was the first go around. I redid both of them after that pictures because I wasn't happy with them.
