Well I'd look at the back of gauge cluster at the amp gauge connection.
The clock not working is leading me toward a lose connection there. It feeds your headlight switch and clock.
So if it's loose there , besides the fire hazard , you would have a spoiled connection ...
Also look at the 10 gauge red wire that comes thru the firewall bulkhead connection in position 16 it feeds the amp gauge which in turn feeds the lights ,clock ...... It starts at the starter relay large stud.. That bulkhead connection is a known weak connection
