That's the BEST way to do them IMO too.  :2thumbs:  I have NO idea why anyone would ever dip a car.  When you dip a car ALL the sealer and anti-rattle adhesive comes out from all the panels (cowl, roof, firewall, ect.) and you can NEVER get it back in there.  Blasting a car (when done by a professional that knows what they are doing) is far superior to any other method of preparing a car for a restoration.

This is the first step in any restoration in my opinion....
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I cringe when I see people doing rust repair "first" before blasting the whole car. How could you ever know where all the problems are without first cleaning everything? :screwy:

How do you remove the undercoating ? What is the best way to get it all off. Also what's the numbers on sunroof cars produced?

I remove the undercoating with a propane torch and a scraper and patience.  :sadwavey:

Lots of great sunroof information including production figures here: https://moparsunroofregistry.com/

That's how I do them too.  And a good paint mask is a must.
