Decided to spend money on the Heat/Soundproofing

I used the Hushmat 10900. It was a lot easier doing the doors and quarters since the aluminium is easier to work with. Not as stiff as the Dynamat. I used Dynamat on my other car.  Also add  high density closed sell foam for sound deadening on top. Doesn't add any weight. Hushmat has a large product line specific to your application.

BTW I'm also using Raamat and Ensolite on the door to cover the access holes.

Hushmat is much easier to work with than Dynamat.

I used dynamat and covered the whole interior, including doors.  I didn't have any issues laying it down, went pretty quickly.  Couple cuts on the hands from the foil was the only issue. :-) I found the best price at the time, year ago, on ebay

Dynamat works good on the floors. For me. Put some closed cell on top.

Did anyone put Dynaliner on top of Dynamat?

I was thinking of using 1/4" Dynamat for everything except roof. Dynaliner is recommended for the roof and/or as a 2nd layer on top of Dynamat.

Any experiences with this?

I put Dynaliner on top of Dynamat. The Dynaliner was much easier than the Dynamat, but I put Dynamat inside the quarter pillars, here are some pics.

This is awesome looking.   How hard is it to put the liner back on the roof?   Can you tell a HUGE difference or ??

I bought the 100 sq Ft roll of FatMat and it was enough to do the floor all the way up the firewall, the package try, up to the trunk floor and both door panels. I also lined the whole underside of the center console. Made a big difference. The car sounds a lot more solid. I didn't have enough to do the underside of the roof. I didn't have a problem with heat so that was not a concern. But well worth the cost and effort.
