Converting to EFI tank and need the separator.

Off topic, but why add the separator to an EFI tank?

A generic rollover valve is more than adequate for tank venting.

I suspect you would be able to plug 3 of the 4 vent lines and run just one without issue, but I am not certain.


A rollover valve is intended to be mounted vertically and will allow the tank to vent when the car is on it's wheels. If you flip the car, it shuts the valve and is not supposed to let fuel leak out.

I'm just running a vented gas cap with mine, disconnected the 4 lines and just left them.

I believe I have the canister and bracket. what year car is this for? I might also have an old vent separator. . I'll try and get them out and take some pics. Might take me a few days as there's 2 feet of snow between me and my shed .
My separator is from a 70 challenger 383 2bbl car.
