I don't want to rain on your parade, but there's virtually nothing usable on that poor old girl. The frame rails are rotted, the cowl has been hacked and the inner aprons already crudely repaired. None of the external sheet metal is in good shape with the possible exception of the lower trunk panel and you'd likely want to look at that hard, too. Almost every piece of sheet metal for this car is re-popped and the cost of cutting something out of this car and shipping/repairing/trimming/installing it would vastly exceed the cost of the a/m part which is new and in perfect shape. This is all just my  :2cents: and who knows, maybe someone out there can see something they need. Good luck

one idea is to cut up anything not completely rusted out and offer them as patch panels.

If you wanna sell some parts, I might be interested in the L-R quarter window crank mechanisms, the parking brake pedal assembly, the inside trim that hold the headliner (if you have both sides), sunvisors (I see one?) and the DODGE letters in the back.

  • Miss NIKKI - were you this hot at 48?
Those are really the only "parts" to offer. The rest is shredder food.

You are right Alan, Bam was looking for them. I have one and we did some checking on shipping, and it was astronomical!! Like $3-4 Hundred, shipped to cypress. Did some more checking on the shipping, and getting the part trimmed down to fit in a USPS large flat rate is still $100. Just crazy.

I do see some parts that should be salvaged. In particular, any parts that AMD does not supply and the two diagonal package shelf braces along with the inner rear quarter panels. The roof frames under the skin are sometimes needed as well. The D O D G E letters are always in demand. There are many parts I have not mentioned, just having the space and time to do it is always a factor. Hope this helps.

You're lucky you can get away with putting a car like that on the road. Here, in the Peoples Republic of Ontario, the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) would take one, maybe half, a look at that thing and pull it off the road along with it's plates. AND lay enough charges that you'd be working for the next month or two to pay the fines! Ain't it great? NOT  :sadwavey:

Somewhere in the middle lies the truth... I've seen enough of that sort of junk & honestly it shouldn't be on the road....  Some are well engineered & made to look like a rat, many are poorly cobbled together & are a danger even as a fairgrounds cruiser which honestly is the only place where allot of them get driven....
