Fender Tag Located, looking how to get a new copy

Update on Fender Tag request: Does anyone know where I can  get a replacement tag created? I now have had a copy (rubbing) of the factory tag and a photo of the tag sent to me by my brother in law, the tag is rusted quite a bit, which is expected of a car from Ontario Canada.  Also does anyone know a good site to use for decoding the tag? Here is some codes from the tag that I can be make out. The VIN is JH29N0E1-----. TAG Codes are:
R11 V1W (V68 ?) 26 End
