my first BAD ebay deal!!

Hello everyone I have always been a big fan of ebay but i finally got screawed!!! there was a guy selling a brand new 340 repro camshaft for 54 dollars not a bad deal at all so I bought it!! he had it adverticed as a 204 219 dur 429 444 lift which is a 1970 340 cam!! when i got it it is not brand new it looks to have been used and the numbers on the box say 224 224 dur 437 437 lift which is an aftermarket grind!! i really didnt care about that i can still run it but the cam dont even have a cam key it it the lil key that the spocket slides on its not there!?! i dont understand that! so it looks like im gonna have to knock an old one out and hopw it will work!!  that its really not that big of a deal but it still pissed me off!!!  :thumbs:  :beer:

With the numbers on the box he'd have to be pretty stupid to send it, IMO I think he may have sent you the wrong box?

say if my buddy says something to him about the product then that dude can leave a negative feed back becasue my buddy was not nice to deal with!!! plus im not the type to complain!! my buddy was nice enough to order it for my i dont want to walk up to him and say you know that part you ordered me it was a piece of ****!! lol im not like that!! plus im not the kinda of guy to complain to people selling stuff eithor!! the guy that sold me my cuda kinda gept me but i never said nothing!! he told me it came with the numbers matching engine and it was completely rebuilt!! that was bs it was a 67 block and nothing had been rebuild it was just taking apart and put in boxes!! but i never said nothing !! I paid 500 extra for the motor just because it was supposed to be numbers matching!! but i ended up using it for my dart and i got a 440 to put it the cuda!!

I see, still if your friend doesn't get all agro and does it nicely the guy will only be lying.
Can't do much about that but I guess he wants his 100% feedback.

yea cudaguy !! when that hole thing about that 66 charger daytona!! he said it was real i told him that there was no way it was real and i went throught the hole history of the aero wars and he said i didnt know my history of muscle cars kinda pissed me off!! and andrew got cought in the cross fire so i had to appologize twice!!!  :spank:

yea it was just a big miss understanding between me and andrew because i told that one guy where to go and andrew thougt i was talking to him and he called me crazy so then i told him off and then the next day i was like oh **** i went off on that poor boy i better make it right!!    :laughup:
