There is no known cure for photography addiction. I was hooked pretty young - had a darkroom in my basement and was developing my own film and prints when I was 12. I had a "bellows type" camera that shot 2 1/4" film back then. I even took pictures with a pinhole camera I made from a Quaker oatmeal box (the old cylindar type of box) I had about 6 cameras until I met Laura, and she bought me my first professional camera, a Canon A-E 1 (the first electronic controled "auto exposure" system.) I recently took the first picture shown below of it cause I thought I might sell it. But I decided to keep it- too precious. This last Christmas, our family really surprised me with the wonderful gift of a dream camera, the Canon EOS 300D Digital SLR. I use it everyday! Mostly on the Challenger!
