selling my rotisserie
« on: January 22, 2017 - 04:10:56 PM »

I'm finished with my rotisserie. This a solid and heavy rotisserie, it has two lower square tubes instead of the usual one tube. I made mounts that bolt an e body to the rotisserie to where the bumper brackets mount.  This has four 8" pnuematic wheels for easy transport, I used the when I loaded it on a flatbed to the blasters. It also has six smaller metal casters which makes it easy to roll around on concrete.  This is fully adjustable length wise and height wise(to balance the body) rotates 360 degrees. At this point I am not sure of what it is worth and will offer it here first.

I am very interested, but shipping it would probably cost a small fortune. Where are you located and what would you like for it?

I'm in Long Island N.Y. 11756. Shipping on this has got to be expensive, this is very heavy and the longest piece is probably about 6 foot

what is your asking price?  can it be shortened / extended to fit longer / shorter projects?

It is on Mopar Trader Page, Face book for $1000 a realistic asking price for members here I would say $800. This rotisserie can fit the challenger plus another 2 feet or so, and can be adjusted to hold a 2 ft car. The "A" frames on the end are adjusted by sliding the bottom  square  tubes in or out to bring the A frames closer and further apart. There are 4 lower square tubes.by replacing 2 of them with longer tubes you could stretch the length to pick up a limo, in theory. I also have my home made cross braces, 4 pieces of bed frame that I made to keep my convertible ridget included.

That is a great price, I think you will sell it quickly. I'd imagine shipping from NY to Baton Rouge, LA would be at least $300 or so :(
