Yes, depending on the car and it original parts, color combination, or if it's a true survivor car.  The price he is asking is not bad (IMO). the missing motor hurts it some.  see if he has the original broadcast sheet to see how closely it still retains the originality, such as was it a factory 4sp, color, ralley dash. He says the manifold is the original, but are the carbs? they alone would cost you $1200 or more.  Sense it already modified some, do you plan to keep it t :useless:at way? or return it back to stock?  That will help you determine how much its worth.

Nice T/A fully restored are going for $75,000 and up.

is this price high for a non-matching?

Maybe just a tad high, but my big concern is, that resto-mods narrow down the resale market, just my  :2cents:
Keep us tuned in on your search for the new ride.

I think it's an interesting car priced pretty fair considering. Not having a numbers matching engine is not a deal breaker for me. It's a real T/A with 90% of it's unique parts intact. I'd want to look at it in person , hear it run ,  and take it for a ride. I'd be smiling the whole way home either way.

 :iagree:

seems like a good bang for buck IMO. would be fun as hell to drive and a real T/A that shouldn't lose value at that price. I'm actually kinda surprised it hasn't been picked up yet. I'd buy it over a standard BS @ the same price/condition
