1.     Seat belts..
2.     Speedometer doesn't work..
3.     Tachometer...
4.     Stereo..
5.     cup holder counsel

1. XV 3 point retractable
2 and 3. Send your gauges to redlinegaugeworks.com - they do a great job, will fix your speedo and restore the other guages, clean up your lens, and can install a factory looking tach in your standard gauge cluster (see below).
4. If your dash was not cut, you can find an original radio and have it rebuilt with bluetooth, etc.  Ward is a very good shop (http://www.wardsclassiccarradiorepair.com/index.html0. If you dash is cut there are many aftermarket stereos that look good and fit.
5. Do not install a console.  The pistol grip looks awesome just by itself, and consoles just clutter it up, rattle and vibrate.

I dont know anything about this company but it may give you some price variables.

Congrats on the '73 and the drive home , I imagine that was probably an interesting drive.

I used seatbeltplus 3 point, very happy! And they keep finger nails away from the headliner by not reaching up to unclip the over the should belt.

Can you please post up some pictures of the install?

I'm thinking 3 point conversion is the way to roll, keep my face off the steering wheel..   :)
Did it include the bolts to install everything?

Id love pictures since I have no clue where the attachment points are, I'll have to cut the carpet..

This may help, also picking up a factory service manual always helps http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=85756.0

I hear you about the cup holders. I was driving mine up to the cottage in the early am and setting a full cup of coffee in the open console of my 4 spd Challenger just wasn't cutting it; as the damn cup would just vibrate all over and I envisioned 16ozs of hot mud going all over the place. There isn't room under the steering wheel for a coffee, but a cool pint might just squeeze by! LOL If you figure a way to do it that doesn't look TOO goofy, I'd be glad to see it. Good luck

Ian, you can get a two cup holder from CTC for about $12. You can slip it between the console and passenger seat. When I don't use it I slip it under the passenger seat from the back. It works good. Doug has the same one.

You gotta admit after driving my daily car with A/C, heated seats and cup holders it's not a terribly bad idea especially if you don't have a console and can tuck it under the seat. may have to make extra pit stops though. :o

I can get a pic in a day or two, next time I'm at the car. It will only work with a console.
