    440 4BBL SOLD!!!

    i have a 440 4 BBL for sale. it is seized and needs a rebuild i have it at 400 but am open to negotiation. it comes with the intake manifold as well as the carburetor, and the valve covers

    i cant include picture because there too big so here are the links where i have them for sale.

    Caste date is 10 31 69
    Assembly date is 3 18 70
    Intake manifold# 2951736
    the engine stamp reads F440 then an upside down c then 492 on the next line

    So you have a $100 440 core & a $250 727 that you'd like $1200 for?

    this "the 440 is seized and needs a rebuild" means it's a questionable core & getting more than $100 would be a gift... Now it you state it's a 70 date coded HP with all the accessories & such then the price could go up closer to your ask but as you described it.....

    Good luck with the sale but I know of no motor head that would buy a seized motor.

    You have no idea of condition under the covers.
