Need 71 parking lamp covers
« on: February 21, 2017 - 01:58:33 PM »
Just as it says, I only need the right side, but a matching set would be fine. Only need the covers as my lights work fine. Good lord new ones are expensive. If I can't find cheap ones, I maybe interested in selling the 71 front valance. It's on a 72 car and came that way.
Thanks guys

When it comes to 71 Cuda park lights, nothing is reasonable. The ones Mike at BE&A sells on ebay is probably the best deal on the lenses. He does not have any listed as today, but am sure he will be listing some soon. Below is a link to the last ones he had. You can keep an eye on his auctions and hopefully you will be able to get a nice pair. I bought some a year or so ago, and they look nice. Better off having a nice new "pair" and they will match.   :2cents:

Just call Mike @ BE&A. He'll put an auction up or just do the deal over the phone. For $99 they are the only way to go. Finding a used pair is probably not going to happen.

Just curious, is the 71 valance a direct bolt on for the 72 or is it modded to fit ?
I do like the beefier look of the 71 & integrated lamps.

Thank u guys, that is exactly the type of info I was hoping for. Gotta love a good forum.

I am not sure if the 71 valance fits without mods or just different brackets, like I said, it was on there when I got the car, not sure if I like it yet or not.

I do have the right side. Its not great but if you need something cheap to fill the hole it will work. It has a small chip in the top corner and typical stress marks in it. I can send you a picture if your interested.
