front and or rear spoilers 71 cuda
« on: March 31, 2017 - 12:51:37 PM »
all right guys and gals,

I am really getting my ride together, the last few details I can't decide if I should or not
71 'cuda 340 shaker, 727, yellow with white interior, elastomeric front bumper, no road lamps
painted grill and flat black billboards...
I love the look with and without rear and or front spoilers... so

my question is this.

-did most have the gull spoiler on back, if so did most also then have the front spoilers?
any rhythm or reason what got or did not get these?

on this same just for my info did all 71 340 shaker 'cuda have billboards?

I doubt most had spoilers but I love the look of the 71 Gull wing , so do what you prefer

As far as I know, there was NO rhyme or reason to it at all - just a matter random selection in checking the appropriate box on the order form.

For the spoilers, if you ordered code J81 it would get you just the Go-Wing. If you wanted both the front AND rear spoilers you would have had to ordered the code A45 Aero Package which would give you both the J78 front spoilers AND J81 Go-Wing. If you wanted only the front spoilers without the Go-Wing you were out of luck as the J78 front spoilers were only available in group with the A45 Aero Package.

As for the Shaker and the Billboards ... once again one had nothing to do with the other - just another matter of random selection in checking the appropriate box on the order form.
Cheers!
