I see no misc on your list
The list is everything powered by the fuse at the bottom left side.

All gauges pegged to high means you have a faulty 5V gauge regulator. It's mounted on the rear of the gauge cluster. Could be the source of your current draw.

The Misc fuse powers the following stuff:

Map Lamp
Ignition Lamp
Glove box Lamp
License Lamp
Side Marker Lamps
Tail Lamps
Cigar Lighter
Parking Lamps
Ignition Lamp-Time Delay
Instrument Lamps -Cavity 5
Switch Title Lamp - (I don't know what this means)
Clock

Except for the lighter and clock, it's all lights.

:iagree: Check the glove box light switch operation. Make sure it is turning off.

You can just unplug the regulator and see if your current draw goes away. If you are interested in a replacement regulator, I would suggest either making one or buying one from RT engineering.

Is your suspected current draw with the key off?

yes with key off, also I have no power to the instrument lamp fuse slot on either side, when I have no fuse in the lower left misc slot I have no gauge readings and no draw, when fuse in I have pegged high gauges and a draw

I believe it is powered by your misc fuse. Cavity four feeds cavity five............. I think.
